START THE JOURNEY OF YOUR LIFE NOW!

As a Rotary Youth Exchange student, you’ll spend the summer living with host families in a different country.

For more than 75 years, students and host families have broadened their horizons through Rotary Youth Exchange. More than 80 countries and 8,000 students each year participate in the program, which is administered at the regional level by Rotary districts and at the local level by Rotary clubs.

Rotary District 5030, located on the Seattle/Puget Sound area, is a participant in the worldwide Rotary Youth Exchange Program. The Summer Youth Exchange program provide students 15 to 18 years old with an opportunity to live in a foreign country with a host family or families and experience the culture of the host country while serving as an ambassador for their home country. Short Term program is an eight week family-to-family program in which two students in two countries are paired with each other and they each host the other student for a month. It's four weeks in each country.
